On a roll!!!

Well I was on one, Knocked out like 6 good Sketches in 2 weeks. BUT Last 2 sit downs have been busts.

So gang, what do you do to get back in to the writing zone, and what do you do to stay "hot"?

lets hear it. I have one more writing night before may end of the year deadline, would like to add at least one more rocker before then

    Dude, just write. Sit down and write. Write like nothing depends on it, don't edit, don't even stop, just sit there and write down a bunch of shit. Good writing is a big dose of skimming/mining, where you get a shitload of just plain rock with a few veins of good stuff running through it. So it's time to strip-mine, baby!

        Hmmm, pearls of wisdom? How about you look at this book over here. Yes, I know, it has *lots* of words, but that's okay, they're all organized very neatly for you. See the little cutouts for your fingers? That's an A, and by putting our finger here, we can turn and see the word 'Absinthe' has an "E" on the end of it... ;)

        Moral of this story: Ask any of your smartass friends for inspiration, and we're sure to pass along the abuse, er, I mean assist in jump-starting the creative process and getting that Grey Matter pulsing.... :)
